Prices are charged in GBP. All orders are shipped from the UK via Royal Mail.

Please ensure your order and shipping information are correct before proceeding. If there is an error, please contact me immediately via the store contact form, quoting your order number. Orders sent to the wrong address due to customer error will not be refunded.

If you change your mind about your order please contact me immediately. Orders will not be refunded once dispatched.

If you would like tracked shipping, please choose the appropriate tracked shipping upgrade. Orders are not shipped with tracking by default. Due to the current pandemic, orders are taking longer than usual to arrive, so please be patient. If you're based outside the UK, your order may take around 4-6 weeks to arrive.

Customs fees may apply in some countries. Please ensure you are aware of this before you order, as these are the buyer's responsibility to cover. Any orders returned due to the customer refusing to pay import fees will not have the shipping costs refunded.

FAQs

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

Orders are generally dispatched within 5 days of being placed.


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Domestic orders are sent via 1st class and should arrive within 1-3 working days.

International orders are sent via standard airmail if tracked shipping is not selected, or international tracked if it is. International orders are currently taking on average between 4 and 6 weeks to arrive.


How are orders packaged?

I dispatch prints, books and stickers in waterproof sleeves and card-backed envelopes, delicate items in bubble mailers, and combination orders in sturdy UK 'large letter' size cardboard boxes.

Please note that I will not include a false value on customs forms to reduce the risk of fees, as this is illegal.


Can I combine two orders?

Providing the first order has not yet been dispatched, I can combine two or more orders into one. Please contact me and I can refund the excess shipping cost.


My order was lost or damaged!

If your order has not arrived after 12 weeks it can be presumed lost. Please contact me and I can arrange a refund or replacement.

I cannot be held responsible for damaged or stolen goods, but if your order was damaged, please contact me via rblackwellread(at)gmail(.)com with your order number and photographs of the damage and I can arrange a replacement appropriately.


I wanted to buy an item that is sold out - will you restock?

I will state in the product description if an item has been discontinued - if so, unfortunately it will not be restocked. Otherwise, yes, it will be available again soon! If you have any particular enquiries regarding this, please contact me.


I changed my mind - can I have a refund?

Please contact me immediately after placing your order if you change your mind, as refunds will not be given once orders have been dispatched.
